Classes & Workshops Cheryl Chaddick's classes are based on the styles and techniques of Jose Limon and Martha Graham with elements of ballet and jazz. The class beings in center with the emphasis on flexibility, strength, coordination, fluidity and control and culminates into a movement phrase focusing on the knowledge of self-awareness, intention and physical projection.
